ANXIETY – SYMPTOMS
Every anxious person presents his condition with different symptoms, and it varies from person to person. Few of such symptoms are:
- restlessness or fatigue
- feeling of dizziness or lightheadedness
- pounding heart
- increased heart rate (Tachycardia)
- trembling, twitching or feeling of shakiness
- muscle tension or nervousness
- excessive sweating
- cold or clammy hands
- dryness of mouth
- gastrointestinal disturbance: nausea or diarrhea
- irritability, impatience, easily distracted
- tingling in the hands and legs (extremities)
- pupil dilationĀ (mydriasis)
- syncope: collapsing feeling
- fear that something bad will happen
- fear about death
- feeling of chokingĀ (Globus Hystericus)
- vague feeling or discomfort
- feeling as if mind is blank
- sleep disturbance
- urinary urgency and frequency
- numbness
