NUTRITIONAL MANAGEMENT
- Diet should contain green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits.
- Take sprouted pulses.
- Avoid fried and fatty food.
- Avoid canned food or food with preservatives.
- Avoid excess of tea or coffee.
- Patient should take freshly prepared warm food.
- Dinner should be taken at least two hours before going to sleep.
- Avoid taking full meal instead take small quantity of food at short intervals (at least 3 hrs) is preferable.
