NUTRITIONAL MANAGEMENT

  • Diet should contain green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits.
  • Take sprouted pulses.
  • Avoid fried and fatty food.
  • Avoid canned food or food with preservatives.
  • Avoid excess of tea or coffee.
  • Patient should take freshly prepared warm food.
  • Dinner should be taken at least two hours before going to sleep.
  • Avoid taking full meal instead take small quantity of food at short intervals (at least 3 hrs) is preferable.
