Protein sources Eggs, nuts, peanut butter. Poultry meat, shellfish. Glandular meat (kidney, heart, brain, lungs) minced meat, anchovies, sardines, mackerel, herring, scallops, mussels.

Fats & oils All in moderation. Gravy preparations.
Soups Vegetable soups & soups made from vegetable broth. Meat soups and broth. Meat extract.
