Causes

  • Decreased fluid intake : Sometimes done voluntarily to avoid going to toilet often.
  • Dietary changes: Commercially available food may not have good fiber content.
  • Stress: Stress of traveling can affect bowel movement.
  • Lack of exercise: In long journeys, a person is most of the times immobile.
    Shyness and inhibition over use of public toilets.

  • Take plenty of water and consume good amounts of fruits.
