Home/Depression/Management/Behavior Therapy

Behavior is defined as anything a person does. The therapy incorporates conditioning techniques (reinforced by rewards) to induce desirable behavior in order to attain the following goals:

  • Improve the person’s daily functioning.
  • Enhance relationships.
  • Reduce emotional distress.
  • Enhance productivity.

The therapy is goal-oriented and treatment goals are clearly set and assessed from time to time.
