DURATION AND FREQUENCY

Aerobic exercises should be performed preferably :

  • 3 – 5 times a week.
  • 20 – 30 minutes with a warm up of 3 -5 min and cool down of 3 -5 min.
  • The best time to perform exercises is early in the morning. In case, exercising in the morning is not possible then they can be performed in the evening at least one hour before meals.
