ANAEROBIC EXERCISES

Anaerobic exercises do not require oxygen for the completion of movement and is performed with the goal of :

  • Increasing and maintaining the muscle mass.
  • Improving the strength of bones.
  • Toning up the body.

Anaerobic exercises generally include resistance or weight training exercises.
