Tadasana

  • Stand erect with feet close together, knees together.
  • Hands along the thighs with fingers stretched out.
  • The legs, trunk and the head aligned in a straight line.

I. Starting position (Sthiti):Tadasana

  • Relax your neck completely, keep your eyes open.

II.Practice

  • Keep your chin in and rotate the head from left to right and then right to left alternately.

NOTE:

  • Try to touch the your shoulder with your ear.
  • Avoid raising your shoulder.
  • Keep the chin in throughout the practice.
