Method
- Boil the cleaned spinach so that it becomes soft.
- Allow to cool. After cooling blend it to get a smooth paste.
- Knead the wheat flour with this paste.
- If the dough is very hard then add water to make it soft. Add cumin seed and dried mango powder.
- Roll it very thin and roast on a nonstick pan.
