Ingredients
Whole wheat flour 30 gms
Spinach, cleaned 30 gms
Roasted cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp
Dried mango powder 1/2 tsp
Method

  • Boil the cleaned spinach so that it becomes soft.
  • Allow to cool. After cooling blend it to get a smooth paste.
  • Knead the wheat flour with this paste.
  • If the dough is very hard then add water to make it soft. Add cumin seed and dried mango powder.
  • Roll it very thin and roast on a nonstick pan.
Things to remember

  • Use salt according to the salt restriction prescribed by your physician / dietician
  • Use oils / fast according to your physical condition. If you are obese than use low amounts of fats/oils.
  • 1 teaspoon (tsp.)      = 5 ml / gms
  • 1 Tablespoon (Tbs.)  = 15 ml / gms
  • 1 Bowl (katori)          = 150 ml / gms
