- Stand erect with feet close together, knees together.
- Hands along the thighs with fingers stretched out.
- The legs, trunk and the head aligned in a straight line.
I. Starting position (Sthiti): Tadasana
- Walk in a straight line with arm movements synchronizing with opposite leg lifting up the knees to 90o as in a march past.
- Synchronize breathing with the rhythm of walking and maintain uniform speed.
