Knee cap tightening (In Tadasana)

Tadasana

  • Stand erect with feet close together, knees together.
  • Hands along the thighs with fingers stretched out.
  • The legs, trunk and the head aligned in a straight line.

I. Starting position (Sthiti): Tadasana

  • Close your eyes and focus your awareness on your knees.

II. Practice

  • Slowly pull up the kneecaps upwards and then release them.
  • Repeat this procedure twenty times with normal breathing.
