Knee cap tightening (In Tadasana)
Tadasana
- Stand erect with feet close together, knees together.
- Hands along the thighs with fingers stretched out.
- The legs, trunk and the head aligned in a straight line.
I. Starting position (Sthiti): Tadasana
- Close your eyes and focus your awareness on your knees.
II. Practice
- Slowly pull up the kneecaps upwards and then release them.
- Repeat this procedure twenty times with normal breathing.
