Rolling on the floor
- Lie down on the back with the legs, feet and knees together.
- Stretch the hands straight above the head, biceps touching the ears and the palms facing the ceiling.
- Close the eyes.

- With hands stretched above the head roll on the floor from one corner of the room to the other corner of the room.
- Twenty times to the right and twenty times to the left
