I. Starting position
- Sit in any meditative postures.
- Adopt Nasika mudra with your right hand (folding index and middle fingers towards the palm).
II. Practice
- Inhalation and exhalation are carried out through the left nostril (Chandra Nadi) only.
- Keep the right nostril closed all the time during the practice.
