I.Starting Position
- Sit in any comfortable Meditative posture.
- Keep your back erect.
II. Practice
- This Mudra is usually adapted for the practice of Pranayama.
- Index and middle finger of the right hand are usually closed.
- Use right thumb to close the right nostril and little and ring finger to close the left nostril.
NOTE:
Do not push nasal bridge to any side while applying the Nasika Mudra. Use this Mudra just to close the nostrils for Pranayama practice.
