Surya Anuloma Pranayama
I. Starting position
- Sit in any meditative posture.
- Adopt Nasika mudra with your right hand (folding index and middle fingers towards the palm).
- Inhalation and exhalation are carried out through the right nostril (Surya Nadi) only.
- Keep the left nostril closed all the time during the practice.
- Practise nine rounds.
