DYSPAREUNIA – HOMEOPATHIC APPROACH
The basic approach in Homeopathy is to evaluate the disease in its whole extent, i.e. giving consideration and value to all the symptoms which might be inter related to one another and characterizing a case as an individual. A lot of emphasis is given to the patient as a whole besides minutely studying various aspects of the disease. A homeopathic doctor tries to know his patient physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Besides enquiring about the main complaint of the patient, he will also ask certain unique things like patients cravings and aversions, likes and dislikes, aggravating and ameliorating factors etc. As these symptoms represent the state of the patient as a whole they are of immense value in selection of homeopathic medicine. The homeopathic approach is to boost up the defense mechanism in the body and fight off the disease. As there is no single specific remedy for all the cases presenting with dyspareunia, therefore it becomes important to individualize each and every case.
The Homeopathic Remedies should be taken under the supervision of a qualified Homeopathic Consultant as self-treatment might complicate the case.
