Time Diet
Early morning One cup Ginger tea.
Breakfast One glass warm skimmed milk with honey.
Mid afternoon One fruit (apple, apricot, pear or pomegranate).
Lunch One bowl stir fried spicy mixed vegetable or one bowl shrimps.
  Half  bowl cabbage- potato sabzi.
  One bowl arhar dal.
  One plate green salad without any dressing.
  Two chapatis ( mix some corn flour in wheat flour) or one bowl spicy noodles without soya sauce.
Evening snacks One cup ginger tea.
  One bowl pop corns.
Dinner Two chapatis
  One bowl moong dal.
  One bowl baked vegetables.
  One bowl fruit and vegetable salad. ( Paneer can also be included.)
  Hot apple pie.
