Early morning One cup herbal tea or one cup decaffeinated tea
Breakfast Cold sweet Daliya (Wheat porridges) one bowl or two vegetable toast with apple juice or One omelete of two egg whites.
Mid afternoon One fruit ( apple , medium sized mango, some grapes)
Lunch One bowl dry cauliflower sabzi.
  One bowl dry hare Matar ( Peas)  dal
  One plate fruit and vegetable salad without   dressing.
  Half bowl cooked rice.
  Two chapatis
Evening snacks One cup herbal tea.
  Two Marie biscuits
Dinner Two chapatis
  One bowl moong dal.
  Palak-aloo sabzi one bowl.
  One bowl green salad
  One scoop of ice cream
