First thing in the morning 4-6 Skinned soaked ( Overnight) almonds.
Early morning One cup herbal tea or one cup decaffeinated tea
Breakfast Hot sweet Daliya ( Wheat porridges) one bowl
Mid afternoon Grapes or sweet mango.
Lunch One bowl Kofta curry or chicken curry.
  One bowl lady finger sabzi
  One plate green salad with oily dressings.
  Half bowl cooked rice.
  Two chapatis with ghee.
  One bowl mixed vegetable raita.
Evening snacks One cup herbal tea.
  Two sweet cookies
Dinner Two chapatis with ghee.
  One bowl moong dal.
  One bowl cucumber raita
  Beans sabzi one bowl.
  One bowl rice kheer.
Before going to bed Warm milk.
