  • X-ray of cervical (neck) spine may show degenerative changes and osteophytes formation, narrowing of disc space and sometimes narrowing of intervertebral foramen.
  • CT scan and MRI may help to confirm the diagnosis.
  • Myelogram (imaging done after injecting dye into the spinal column) may identify the site and extent of compression.
