- Stand erect with feet close together, knees together.
- Hands along the thighs with fingers stretched out.

- Relax your neck completely, keep your eyes open.
- Keep your chin in and rotate the head from left to right and then right to left alternately.
- Try to touch the your shoulder with your ear.
- Avoid raising your shoulder.
- Keep the chin in throughout the practice.
